213 Pier B Lottery
Dear Members:
The home site at 213 Pier B has been cleared and is available to any NLYH member in good
standing, for placement of a new home.
If you are interested, complete the attached NLYH Lot Lottery Agreement and return to the
office at 301 Pier C, Naples, FL 34112 by April 19th, 2026. If you cannot be present at the
lottery, include the name of your Authorized Representative on the Lot Lottery Agreement.
Either you or the Representative must be present at the lottery.
A “bingo ball” Lottery will be held at the Clubhouse on April 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The
winner will need to commit to:
• Purchase a membership certificate for that lot.
• Begin paying the monthly maintenance fee and triannual water bill.
• Complete a purchase contract with a Manufactured Home Dealer for a new
home that meets NLYH building requirements within 90 days.
• Placement of New home must take place within 180 days of winner’s
selection, based on manufacturers availability.
• Complete construction within 12 months.
• Upon completing construction (or sooner), you must put one of the two (2)
homes on the market for sale with Naples Land Yacht Harbor.
