Open House Procedure

Any For Sale By Owner (FSBO) or resident with an NLYH listing who wishes to hold a private open house (a Sales Team Member will not be in attendance) must contact the Sales Department (salesdirector@napleslandyachtharbor.org) by email or in writing with the requested date(s) and time(s).

The notification must be submitted at least one week in advance. You may request multiple weeks; however, you can schedule no more than three weeks at one time.

Once received, we will issue a temporary gate code for use only during open house hours. Please note that the code will be active only during the scheduled times and will be deactivated outside of those hours.

Additionally, per our NLYH Rules, open house signs must be removed at the end of the open house. Although you may place them 24 hours in advance of your open house.
