New Corporate Communications Coming to NLYH
To NLYH Residents,
We are working on communications for the Board of Directors and the Park.
Some Highlights
- A corporate Facebook page “NLYH Corporate Board Communications”.
- All directors will have the ability to post to the community.
- The community will not be able to comment on post.
- One-way communications
- We will try a bod@nlyh.org email address. If that get to be crazy, we might do away with it.
- Anything sent to bod@nlyh.org will automatically forward to all BOD Directors.
- Redesigned webpages (Combining both into one – napleslandyatchharbor.org & nlyh.org)
- Like in the past we will use “MailPoet” to distribute news then recap all news in a monthly created newsletter.
- The website will become a document / forms repository with the ability to download and print documents.
- Access to Facebook, Website and Team Meetings
- You will only gain access through the records we have on file in the office.
- You must be a resident to gain access – people will be added and deleted as the office records change.
We are close to getting Microsoft Teams, for you to view board meeting in teams I will need to add your email address to grant you access. Future Board Meetings will be broadcasted on teams.
NOTE: It is key for you to have access that we have the correct email account on file with the office!
Current plan – subject to change without notice.
- Finish testing of the Facebook page setup.
- Start the redesign of our website.
- Send invites to Facebook using the email list on file with the office.
- Set up Teams and new email addresses for the board (Example president@nlyh.org, manager@nlyh.org, seawalls@nlyh.org).
- Train each director – set up email and teams.
