The Board is presenting the following proposed rule change for member review and comment. The purpose of this change is to provide clearer guidance, improve consistency in enforcement, and ensure the rules reflect the current needs of the community. We encourage all members to read the proposed update and submit any questions or feedback during the review period.

Rule 4.1 For review by members:

Propose the following changes to be added to rule 4.10 for community consideration. Signs flags on lots: Signs flags, or Outdoor Wall Decor may be allowed on a resident lot or house in addition to the required house number. No sign Flags or Outdoor Wall Decor must not interfere with mowing weed whacking or any maintenance of lawns. And cannot be offensive, political or illuminated. (offensive would be, but not limited to signs reading no bullying, no harassment and those that don’t denote positivity)! Objects such as cones chains, bricks, reflectors, etc., are not permitted to block driveways.

This item will be voted on during the December 2025 Board Meeting.
